Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and name. If you use demo trading we store your virtual account balance and positions. If you submit a live account application we store the details you provide on that form (name, date of birth, country, experience and risk profile) until your application is processed or withdrawn.

2. How we use it

  • To operate your account, demo portfolio and trading history.
  • To review live account applications when live trading opens.
  • To communicate with you about the platform and your applications.
  • To understand how the platform is used so we can improve it.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help run the platform (such as hosting and email delivery), and only as needed to operate it.

4. Storage and retention

Data is stored on secure infrastructure managed by the platform provider. Account data is retained while your account is active. Live account application data is retained until processed and then for no longer than necessary.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us from the email address registered to your account. We will respond within a reasonable period.

6. Children

TradePulse is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the updated version on this page. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

TradePulse

Live market trends, AI-generated trade ideas with reasoning, and risk-free demo trading with $100,000 in virtual funds.

TradePulse is a demonstration platform. Demo accounts use virtual money only — nothing on this site is financial advice, and all trading ideas are generated for information and education. Trading real capital carries risk: you can lose some or all of your investment. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
